Tonight, one of the themes of Brother Roch's testimony was the power of intercessory prayer. We would like to thank our benefactors back home who have made this week possible for us. Each one our you said 'yes' to God by making an effort to pray for us and/or making a financial contribution. Heaven knows the effect that each one of your individual prayers has had on our work, and on the life someone in Honduras. Without your support we would not have had the lumber to build walls, the tin sheets for roofing, or the pvc pipe, cinder block, and concrete to build a water basin for a family in need. Thank you. All glory and praise to God, whose grace makes it possible for our hearts to be moved in generosity.

Rick rocks. Rick and the other members of the 'Dig Team' at 'La Mesa' scavenged for rocks to be used to fill in the walls. |

Los Hermanos (the brothers) were a huge help with the construction of their new home. They tirelessly carried bags of dirt or cement (normally as big as them!) down from the road above, to the construction site. Then they would sprint back up the hill - in flipflops - to retreive more bags of dirt. |

Upon completion of the water pipe and basin, the 'Geriatric Squad' was reassigned to replace the roof on this lady's home. |

Father Richard must have worked construction prior to becoming a friar, he was pretty comfortable up on the roof all afternoon. |
